Beautiful amplifier plenty of power would highly recommend
The Tone Winner 8300 has awakened the sleeping giant residing in my living room. Coupled with the Yamaha A6A AVR the quality of sound is pronounced. It's now a pleasure to sit down and enjoy the music produced by U-tube, Amazon Music, and other channels. I'm fully surrounded by 14 SVS Channels that are strategically placed, The 8300 has no problem pushing quality sound through the dedicated channels, it has not skipped a beat. Movie theaters are now a thing of the past. The amp is a great investment...a lot of bang for the buck, Go for it.
I was interested in purchasing the Monoprice amplifier, but it wasn’t in stock, so the Tonewinner was suggested to me. First, customer service was great! Shipping was very fast, and again, customer service on shipping was exceptional as well. I received the amp a week after ordering and installed it immediately. Then I ran through my Audyssey calibration on my pre-amp and tested everything out. The clarity and separation was much improved over just using my AVR alone. The front soundstage has more output from the amp than my AVR does, so that’s a benefit as well. The front soundstage sounds more robust and intense. The most important thing I noticed was the immediate clarification of sound from the center channel (I know this has a lot to do with the pre-amp/AVR, but using the Tonewinner as the amplifier obviously took the strain off the AVR). I’ve only been using it for a day so far, but my immediate response is it was a great purchase!
Hugh upgrade from trying to run 11 speakers on a receiver along. I’m using Def Tech speakers, they don’t have the best sensitivity, and pushes them easily. Big bang for the buck!
easy to hook up, 5 minutes to read the instructions, useing a yamaha avr as a preamp, all systems a go. A hometheater build in process, I'm all excited.
